The actual construction should only take approximately 6-7 months once started. All approvals, utilities, site work, footings and foundation are in place. The current prints from buildings #1 and #2 show the actual building sizes, layouts, etc. As a pre-construction buyer, if you are not 100% satisfied with the completed building you will not be under any obligation to complete the transaction and will be entitled to a 100% refund of your deposit money.
